Ancient Mound

This is a large mound having a cultural deposit of about 10 m. The area of the mound has been surrounded on all sides by modern constructions. The site has yielded dull redware devoid of any painting, belonging to the late historical times. It is notified vide Act No.LXXI of 1951, dated 28.11.1951.
